CH2M HILL's The GuideLine
The GuideLine offers an easy way to seek guidance, ask a question, or report a concern about CH2M HILL’s ethics and business conduct standards, policies, and laws governing our business. When connecting through The GuideLine you may choose to remain anonymous or you can tell us who you are without fear of reprisal or retribution.
Before contacting The GuideLine, we encourage you to speak first with your immediate supervisor or your HR representative about any issue of concern. If you are uncomfortable with this approach, we have several other options for you.

You may raise concerns, ask questions or report violations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, through The GuideLine at MySafeWorkplace at MySafeWorkplace web site. MySafeWorkplace® is a third party, independent, web-based incident reporting system. It is a completely separate entity from CH2M HILL. The site allows you to make a report by selecting a common reporting topic or by choosing your own. You can remain anonymous if you like, or tell us who you are (it is always easier to investigate an issue if we can reach out to you for additional information). You can also use this web site to track the status of our investigation and outcomes. You can make a report from anywhere, anytime.

If you would like to speak with a member of our team to ask a question or report your concern, you can use The GuideLine phone line. You will speak to one of our trained, GuideLine staff about your concern. Your GuideLine call will be confidential and you may always choose to remain anonymous, but remember it is always easier to investigate an issue if we can contact you for additional information.
We will answer The GuideLine phone line 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. U.S. Mountain Time.
If you do not reach a staff member, you can always leave a voice mail, and most calls are returned within 24 hours.
